we currently accommodate multiple renters in one day, along with shooting our own sessions in studio, we are not able to allow this at this time. consider factoring in setup + tear down into your rental time.

despite the name of the building {Elevator Building}, there are no elevators.  we know, we know, hah! once. you enter the red door off Franklin St. take the stairs to the 2nd floor and the studio is the 2nd door on the right.

yes!  parking is free and right on Franklin St. in front of the building.  there is a gated parking lot - for building employees only.
