Booking Details

- rental time includes setup, tear down, and clean up -
- every prop and setup should be put back in its original place to be ready for the next renter -
- we are unable to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs at this time -
- looking for a date that's a few months out but unable to book it?  let us know!
- all seamless paper is included in rental

if new to our studio space, renter should plan to arrive before client and familiarize themselves with check in/out procedure

What you need to know before booking at our space:

per building rules sadly no pets are allowed.
no open flames.
no elevator access - we are located on the second floor
free street parking is available
